Mrs. Chinelo Nkechinyere H. Uwadiale (Financial Secretary)

Mrs Chinelo Nkechinyere H. Uwadiale, is the second daughter and child of late Engr. Dr E.C. Nnama. She is a B.SC (Second Class Upper Division) and M.Sc. graduate Architect of the University of Nigeria (UNN, Enugu Campus).

She is licensed by the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA).

Nkechi has over 12 years experience in various aspects of building project delivery. She has worked as an Administrator, Interior Designer, Assistant Project Manager in the building development sector. She also has worked as a Project Architect in the architectural design, construction site supervision and coordinator of projects in various industries, such as the oil and gas, banking and agricultural sector. She has equally been involved in corporate and private residential and commercial projects.

Her hobbies are swimming, traveling to tourist sites and being creative. She is married to Mr Peter Uwadiale and they have a wonderful son Doxazo Uwadiale.

She is an architect with an eye for detail and a passion for interior design. She is presently the Managing Director of her own firm, T.C. Integrated Concept Limited. They provide services in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management and Property Development.

Nkechi has extended her selfless service to humanity (as inspired by her late father, and as a result of her leadership qualities) in various leadership positions right from primary school, through secondary school, as well as in her professional organizations and neighbourhood. Some of the leadership positions she has held over the years include, Treasurer for the Architects Student Association (ASA), Treasurer for National Architects Student Association (NASA), Treasurer for NYSC Environmental Community Development group and Social and Welfare Secretary for the Nigerian Institute of Architects, Lagos State Chapter.

She is presently the Treasurer of Ikota Shopping Complex Owners and Operators Association (ISCOOA). ISCOOA is the owners association of the estate where her office is located. Still in the same vein of selfless service, she ran a children tutorial weekly class as a Youth Corper in Yola and worked with teenage development groups both in Abuja and Lagos. She has also been a member of a building team in an NGO in Lagos.
